Main products include TOR series of concrete admixture products with the brand of Tiger Tower, series of dry mixed mortar products branded Laohushan, waterproof material, and a new series of functional concrete products. ZLBM is the provincial high-tech enterprises, with total assets of more than 2,000 million; covers over 23,000 square meters and more than 6,000 square meters building. Zhejiang Provincial High-tech Research and Development Center for Concrete Admixtures, Municipal Engineering Technology and Development Center are also affiliated in ZLBM. The company specializes in four series products of over 30 species, including new generation of superplasticizer---polycarboxylate based high performance water reducer, amino-Sulphonate superplasticizer, aliphatic sulfonates superplasticizer, compound high efficiency, retarding and air entraining high range water reducer and pumping aid series of concrete chemical admixtures. Waterproofing materials include multi-functional waterproofing admixture, cement based capillary crystalline waterproofing materials, etc.. Special engineering materials include high-strength no shrinkage grouting material, self-leveling material, JH series thermal insulation material and overall dry mixed mortars as well as new construction and functional materials series. Company has production capacity of 50,000 tons for Concrete admixture and 80,000 tons for dry mixed mortar.
